insurance database, the I.I.I. handles more than 6,000 requests for information each year. The I.I.I. also answers nearly 50,000 questions through the National
Insurance Consumer Helpline, a toll free telephone service. The I.I.I. also produces consumer information brochures as well as studies and analysis of the
property/casualty industry and the issues it faces.
