4th of July Events
Are you ready for the Fourth of July holiday? With only a few more days until the holiday weekend arrives, it is the best time to start looking for fun and exciting events that the whole family can enjoy together! Make sure to mark your calendar for these July events that people of all ages will love!
The annual Orland Park Independence Day event is happening on July 4th! Head out to Centennial Park to enjoy all that is being offered. Live entertainment will start at 5 p.m., with the last band going on stage at 7:15 p.m. Make sure to stick around for the choreographed fireworks that will start at 9:15 p.m.!
The second annual Freedom Fest is happening on July 4th at 6:30 p.m. at Navy Pier’s rooftop! As one of the best places to watch the spectacular firework display, you are sure to enjoy all that the event has to offer. There will be a delicious BBQ to munch on, as well as a full bar for those who are of age. A live DJ will keep the party going all day long! Make sure to bring the whole family to enjoy this exciting event!
The Highland Park Independence Day event is one of the biggest parties of the year! Kicking off at 9:30 a.m. with the children’s bike and pet parade, this fun event is perfect for people of all ages. The first activity will be followed by the Independence Day Parade, starting at 10 a.m., which will feature floats, novelty groups, marching bands, and more. From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Fourth Fest will take place at Sunset Park, followed by a concert and fireworks at 6 p.m.!
